Mission:
Our mission is to be an innovative Career Center. We believe that every student has unique talents, the discovery and development of which are the key to a successful and meaningful career. We support students to discover these talents and take the first step towards their dream job by maintaining an extensive network of partners and implementing a variety of initiatives with the business.
Vision:
We aim at creating a variety of opportunities for dialogue, effective collaboration, and synergy between the academic and student community and the business.
We achieve that by:
- We establish and maintain active partnerships with employers and collaborate with them in building employer brand awareness.
- We help employers in planning, organization, and execution of career events.
- We distribute information about job positions, internships, scholarship programs, projects, contests, and other events.
- We provide assistance in organizing and conducting guest lectures, seminars, workshops, trainings, academies, etc., with the participation of employers and business representatives.
- We organize and execute annual Career Counselling Days, Professions Week, and Career Forum, as well as individual Doors Open Days.
- We create opportunities for our students to work on real business cases integrated into their studies at FEBA.
- We provide career counseling and orientation by a team of certified career counselors.
- We support students in the overall process of choosing and preparing to apply for internships and full-time job positions.
Employer Services
Partnership Agreement
One of the opportunities for collaboration with the Career Center is to sign a partnership agreement with the respective organization. This agreement outlines opportunities for collaboration between the two parties in the following activities:
- Updating the syllabus of the disciplines taught in the Bachelor's and Master's programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration according to the current business needs, including the introduction of new courses and specializations. 2. Presentation of real-life case studies and their inclusion in the learning process. 3. Conducting practice-oriented presentations in economics, management, and big data modeling in business and finance.
- Providing student internships and visits, assisting in career counseling, and motivating students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. 5. Conducting collaborative specialized seminars, roundtables, conferences, and other events according to current business needs (including postgraduate qualification programs).
- Promoting the partnership and joint initiatives as well as the professions in the field of finance and investment.
- Providing assistance in improving the educational facilities in accordance with the needs of teaching in the fields of finance, economics, and management.

One-time services
The Career Center of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration provides one-time services. List of sample services:
- Participation in the Career Forum held annually at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration*.
- Posting one/several job and internship offers on the Career Center website and the official Facebook page.
- Placing an advertising banner on the Career Center website.
- Opportunity to give a presentation introducing the respective organization to our students.
- Subscribing to the Career Center newsletter which provides prior information about events, forums, etc.
* We provide discounts for our partners, as well as advance notice before we announce the opportunity for external companies to join the Career Forum.
We offer the following service packages:
- One-time job/internship posting on the Career Center website and the Facebook page.
- Placing an advertising banner on the Career Center website for 1 year + Posting 3 job and internship offers on the Career Center website and the Facebook page within 1 year.
- Opportunity to give a presentation introducing the organization to our students + Placing an advertising banner on the Career Center website for 1 year + Multiple job and internship postings on the Career Center website and the Facebook page within 1 year.
