Students enrolled in the Bachelor’s Programme “Accounting, Finance and Digital Applications” have access to the Corporate and Financial Law Handbook, which supports the course content and is based on an interdisciplinary approach combining legal, economic, and management perspectives.
The Handbook is grounded in the accredited course Corporate and Financial Law, taught in English, which is a mandatory module within the programme and part of the pathway towards obtaining the internationally recognised Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
The Handbook comprises 31 chapters, covering, inter alia:
- Legal theory, contract law, and commercial transactions
- Company law, corporate governance, and ESG standards
- Financial law, budget law, and EU public finances
- Financial control, audit, and protection of EU financial interests
- AML and counter-terrorist financing
- Competition law, public procurement, intellectual property, data protection, and AI regulation
