The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” has entered into a cooperation agreement with the 9th French Language High School “Alphonse de Lamartine”, thereby formalising and further strengthening the established partnership between the two educational institutions, which has been actively developed over the past several years.
The official meeting held on the occasion of the signing of the agreement was attended by Dr. Eng. Simona Angelova, Principal of the High School; Ms. Diana Fidanova, Deputy Principal for Academic Affairs; and representatives of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, including Assoc. Prof. Dr Atanas Georgiev, Dean of the Faculty; Assoc. Prof. Dr Dimitar Zlatinov, Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sonya Georgieva, Head of the Francophone Programmes; and Prof. Dr. Eleonora Stancheva-Todorova, Executive Director of the Faculty’s Career Centre.
The agreement aims to structure, expand and ensure the sustainable development of joint initiatives between the two institutions by establishing a stronger linkage between high-quality secondary education and the academic standards of Sofia University. The cooperation envisages the exchange of expertise and resources intended to support pupils in their academic orientation, preparation, and successful transition to higher education.
