A successful focus group meeting was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", as part of Work Package 2: "Sustainable Startups & Social Enterprises Guide" within the GreenDigiHub project. The event brought together young entrepreneurs and experts in the field of sustainable business and green startup solutions.
During the session, participants explored several key topics:
- What distinguishes startups from traditional businesses;
- Main challenges – self-financing, lack of information, and administrative barriers;
- The role of sustainability and artificial intelligence in modern entrepreneurship;
- 15 practical recommendations from the project – based on research and real-life experience;
- An inspiring personal story from a young entrepreneur highlighting the importance of networks, mentorship, and adaptability.
