On 13 May 2026, from 3:00 p.m., Room 420 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration will host the final event of the project “Every Drop Matters – A Sustainability Model at the University”, implemented by the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration with the financial support of the “Drop by Drop” programme of the BCause Foundation.
The project aims to foster a culture of responsible water consumption within the university environment by combining filtered drinking water systems, an educational and awareness campaign, research on attitudes and behaviours, and gamified approaches for community engagement. The project is implemented by the FEBA Alumni Club.
The final event will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will offer an interactive and gamified experience combining practical challenges, teamwork, and the presentation of key project outcomes.
Participants will go through a series of thematic stations related to real-life everyday choices, including the use of filtered tap water, reduction of plastic waste, conscious consumption, and the connection between individual consumption and shared resources.
The programme includes:
- practical challenges related to water consumption;
- gamified team activities with measurable outcomes;
- presentation of research results on attitudes and behavioural patterns;
- demonstration of solutions for access to filtered drinking water;
- final quiz and prizes for participants.
The main goal of the initiative is to encourage informed choices regarding water consumption, increase trust in tap and filtered water, and demonstrate that sustainable resource management begins with concrete everyday actions.
The project “Every Drop Matters” combines technological, educational, and research elements to create a model for more sustainable behaviour in an academic environment and to demonstrate that every drop truly matters.
