January starts by a discussion on the political parties in Bulgaria, organized by the Student Club for Political Studies. Greek chronicles of the Bulgarian history will be presenetd on 12th January. The traditional Winegrad readings will be held on 13th January. The book "What is a novel like?" will be presented then as well. The National scientific conference on "Translation as a reception" is on 14th. A series of open lectures delivered by guest lecturers from the European Comission starts as well. The Student Council and "Arabis" continue organizing cultural evenings dedicated to Arab countries.The annual Doctoral student readings of the Faculty of History will take place on 20th. On 25th, at 17:00, the Faculty of Slavic Studies will held an information session with lecturers and students.
