Mrs Srebrina Hashamova, a Parliament journalist, member of the Parliament Journalists' Club introduced Judge Kostadinka Kostadinova and Mr. Plamen Shopov, Deputy Chair of the Parliament who debated on "The law - synchrony or conflict between legislation and judicature". The students took an active position in the argumentation between the representatives of the two authorities suggesting the citizen control as a means to changes in the judicial control.
