Daya, Poly, and Lory, Sofia University lecturersч children, saved two children and their mother. The event took place during the summer sport school for children of the University staff in Lozenets.
The children, age 14-17, noted a cry for help during their surf training. At first they decided that the cries were fake, yet ventured on the rescue mission. Poly was on a kayak and took care of one of the children who was not breathing at the time. By throwing him at the back of the kayak she helped them take a breath. Daya closed her Hawaiian surf near the mother and the younger child and made them cling on the surf. Lory brought help as fast as possible.
Daya, Poly and Lory actively do sports (judo and basketball, and swimming and other water sports during the summer).
Sports not only give health, tut they also teache children how to cope in difficult situations.
