On May 12, 2024, Mrs. Tsvetelina Lukarska, Chairperson of the National Chamber of Mineral Waters in the Republic of Bulgaria, delivered a guest lecture to students of the Master's program in "Customs and Tax Control" under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tsvetan Madanski.

The guest lecture, titled "Policies for Management and Resolution of Issues Regarding the Exploitation of Mineral Waters in Bulgaria" was conducted as part of the discipline "Tax and Customs Policy of the EU".

Mrs. Lukarska presented the goals, functions, and tasks of the Chamber, including the possibility of exporting Bulgarian mineral waters to Saudi Arabia and other countries.

An interesting discussion ensued with the students, during which it became clear that some Bulgarian mineral springs are extremely rare on a global scale due to their unique content of invaluable natural minerals and chemical elements.
