Faculty members and researchers from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" participated in the Twenty-Fourth International Scientific Conference "Management and Engineering" (ISCME'26), which was held at the Technical University of Sofia. The conference brought together scholars and experts from various countries who presented research findings in the fields of management, innovation, digital transformation, and contemporary engineering solutions.

During the conference, Dr. Aleksey Potebnya from the Department of Business Administration presented a research paper co-authored with Prof. Neviana Krasteva, Doctor of Economic Sciences, entitled "Gamification and Artificial Intelligence-Supported Corporate Training for Generation Z: A Comparative Pilot Study of Five Corporate Learning Programs". The study examined the impact of gamification, artificial intelligence-based personalized learning solutions, and hybrid learning formats on learner engagement and training outcomes among representatives of Generation Z in corporate environments.

The conference also featured the participation of doctoral researcher Rumen Petkov and Prof. Tsvetan Davidkov, Doctor of Sciences, who presented the results of their research in the fields of management and organizational development. The participation of the representatives of FEBA contributed to the faculty's active presence in the international academic community and promoted the scientific achievements of its faculty members and early-career researchers.

Participation in the conference was supported through a project funded by the Bulgarian National Science Fund at the Ministry of Education and Science. The project support provided opportunities for expanding international research collaboration, disseminating research findings, and strengthening the position of FEBA as an active contributor to national and international scientific development.

The ISCME'26 conference once again demonstrated the importance of interdisciplinary dialogue between the management and engineering sciences and provided a valuable platform for the exchange of ideas, best practices, and emerging research perspectives.
