On May 19, 2026, the first edition of the Corporate Crisis Resilience Academy (Resilience Academy) officially launched with Module 1 – “Sustainable Management of the Private Sector During Crises”, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marina Stefanova.
The program brought together business representatives, experts, and professionals in the field of sustainable management to focus on preparing organizations to respond and adapt to global crises and growing risks.
During the first module, participants explored key topics including:
- Current overview of global risks
- The impact of global shocks on the Sustainable Development Goals
- Triple materiality matrix during crises
- Stakeholder management during crises
- Tools and tactics for sustainable management
- Internal response and recovery policies
- Business leadership during crises
Resilience Academy provides practice-oriented training that combines expertise from the business sector, security field, and international organizations, with a focus on building resilient processes and well-prepared teams.
