The day on which techers from around the country received the hiest professional degree in the Department for Information and In-Service Training of Teachers they expressed their support for the request for a clear state policy in the field of higher education and sciences in Bulgaria. The examination boards and the administration of the Department for Information and In-Service Training of Teachers also supported the protest.
