Assoc. Prof. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA), together with Dimitar Stoimenov, a lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association, are National Reporters for Bulgaria for the 2025 Annual Congress of the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP). The event will take place in Bergen, Norway, from 19 to 21 June, under the topic “Taxing Real Estate (Ownership)”. This year’s congress will focus on the theme of real estate taxation, under the leadership of Prof. Michal Radvan.

The 2024 EATLP Congress focused on “Taxation and Inequalities” and was held in Antwerp, Belgium, under the leadership of Prof. Rita de la Feria. Assoc. Prof. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova had the privilege of being a National Reporter.
