As a member of the Diversity Charter and a driver of diversity policies, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) actively promotes inclusive communication in the workplace. By nature, such communication serves as a foundation for reducing workplace discrimination, demonstrating respect and openness toward all team members.

“We work to ensure understanding and practical application of effective communication based on values and principles. These help us break down barriers and create an international, multicultural environment for learning and development, aligned with the times we live in”, stated Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marina Stefanova, Vice-Dean for Sustainability, Empowerment and Engagement.

The Faculty’s team is developing practical guidelines for inclusive communication to encourage employees to communicate effectively with one another. These guidelines ensure that the messages conveyed are clearly understood and interpreted. Effective communication, being a key skill, contributes to fostering a respectful and supportive environment.

“We believe this approach will make everyone feel comfortable in their workplace, building a positive atmosphere for employees, faculty, and students alike”, added Anelia Stefanova, Inclusive Communication Specialist and Inspector for Information Activities at FEBA.
