Seminar „Better Research Talent Management for a Better Bulgaria & Romania“– 17 October 2017

The regional seminar was held at the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria, Sofia. It was a joint initiative of the European Commission, the EURAXESS Network, the Ministry of Education and Science, Bulgaria, the Ministry of Science and Innovation, Romania, as well as the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

The representatives of the research organizations were introduced to the implementation of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter and Code). The European Commission awards the logo "HR Excellence in research" for the successful implementation.

• Presentation of the National Strategy for the Development of Scientific Research in the Republic of Bulgaria 2017-2030 ;
• The experience of the Université de Liège and the Université de Montpellier .
