Mandat International (MI) is a foundation aiming at promoting international cooperation. It is
actively engaged in international cooperation related activities and research. The
foundation supports the Privacy Symposium conference that aims at promoting
international dialogue, cooperation, and knowledge sharing on data protection,

In order to support the programme of the conference, we are looking for:
1. Interns (part time or full time) to support the organizing of the conference.
as well as:
2. An assistant project manager to support the organizing of the
conference, with a focus on the programme coordination. Flexible time position
ideal for PHD student with potential long-term position. Work can be performed
remotely from any European country.
As project manager, you will take part and support the organising of the conference. You
will more specifically:
➢ Help coordinating the programme of the conference.
➢ Support the organizing and coordination of the conference.
➢ Promote the conference visibility in Internet including through social medias.
➢ Write the report of the conference in English.
➢ Organize sessions and workshops.
PROFILE
➢ Minimum education: University Bachelor in International Relations (or equivalent).
➢ Languages: Excellent level of English (C2) with the capacity to edit and proofread
documents.
➢ At ease with protocol and formal communication with authorities.
➢ Experience in project management and team management will be a plus.
➢ Strict independence from any political or religious affiliation.

➢ Other skills: must be flexible, autonomous, take initiatives, stress resistant, capable of
prioritizing tasks & manage constant changes and multiple different tasks, able to
work with remote teams.
