The decree of the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria dated 14th September put an end to a half-century dispute between Sofia University and the Union of the Bulgarian Artists.

Scientists from around the world gathered in the Aula to become part of the XXII International congress on Byzantine studies "Byzantium without borders".
